What Is Supported Living?
Supported living helps adults live in their own home, often with their own tenancy, while receiving the support they need to live safely and independently. Unlike residential care, the person keeps control over their home, their routine and the choices that shape their day.
At Normanshire, our role is to provide the right support around each person. That might mean help with personal care, managing money, getting to appointments or building the confidence to travel, study or work.

Support Shaped Around You
The amount of support each person receives depends on their assessed needs and goals. Some people need a few hours of support each week, while others need more regular help throughout the day. We agree the right level of support with the person, their family and the commissioning team, and we adjust it as needs change.

Choice and control
People decide how they live. We offer options and respect decisions.
