Support That Believes in Recovery
Living with a mental health condition can affect every part of daily life, from sleep and routines to relationships, work and managing a home. With the right support, people can regain stability and build a life that feels meaningful to them.
At Normanshire, we see the person, not the diagnosis. Our team offers consistent, non-judgemental support that helps people understand their wellbeing, build on their strengths and take steps towards their own goals, at a pace that feels right.
Who We Support
We support adults aged 18 to 64 with mental health needs across Chingford and Waltham Forest, including people who:
Are moving on from hospital or a more supported setting
Want to live independently but need support to stay well
Need help with routines, medication or managing a tenancy
Also have autism, a learning disability or a physical health need
Want to rebuild confidence, connections and purpose
We welcome referrals from social workers, community mental health teams, commissioners and health professionals, as well as enquiries from families and individuals.
