Support Built Around Real Life
Independence looks different for everyone. For one person, it might mean cooking a meal without help. For another, it might mean travelling to college alone or managing their own tenancy.
Our support covers every part of daily life, but each person only receives the support they need and want. We agree goals together, build skills step by step and gradually step back as confidence grows.

Plan Support Together
How Support Changes Over Time
Our aim is to help people do more for themselves. As skills and confidence grow, we review the support plan and adjust it, stepping back where the person is ready and stepping in when extra support is needed.
Learn together: we do tasks alongside the person
Practise: the person leads, with support close by
Grow in confidence: support reduces as skills become familiar
Review: we regularly check progress and set new goals
How We Support: FAQs
